Fees

French Riviera is a very expensive place. The organizing committee has sought to make the conference as cheapest as possible while providing maximum service quality. That is why we offer fees as a package. PhD students are welcome to participate. Indeed we have chosen to charge them no more than the marginal cost attached to their attendance.

Standard delegate registration fees will cover

  • Attendance of the full conference, programme, proceedings and other conference material
  • Accommodation for 4 or 3 nights
  • Welcome cocktail
  • Breakfast and lunch (3 courses + wine + coffee)
  • Coffee break
  • Full access to hotel facilities: private beach(16 Euros), swimming pool, fitness center…

Standard delegate registration fees will not cover

  • Dinner
  • Drinks at the bar or in the bedroom
  • Gala dinner
  • Tour

PhD student registration fees will cover

  • Attendance of the full conference, programme, proceedings and other conference material
  • Welcome cocktail
  • Coffee break
  • Lunch (3 courses + wine + coffee)
  • no accommodation, no dinner, no gala dinner, no tour

Accompanying person sharing a room with a delegate fees will cover

  • Accommodation shared with a delegate
  • Breakfast
  • Full access to hotel facilities: private beach (16 Euros) , swimming pool, fitness center…
  • Lunch (3 courses + wine + coffee)
  • Till September 15, registration online
  • No registration on the desk

Further notes

  • Cancellations
    • Delegates and PhD : fees will not be refunded
    • Accompagnying person : cancellation possible until September 15, 2015
  • Fees can not be collected in cash.
  • Students requesting to receive the student rate will have to show their student card

Registration is in two steps : Pre-Registration and Registration

Pre-Registration

  • Each participant (standard delegate, PhD, accompanying person) must register separately.

  • After validation by our team, you will recieve a message on your email box to proceed to registration and payement

Registration and payement

You may pay by credit card or payement order, no check, no cash.

Accompanying person, on the registration form, in the field "organization", please write the name of the personn you are accompagnying.

After payment, you will receive a receipt by email.
