Gala dinner

The EPM2015 gala dinner will be hold at the recently renovated restaurant « la Plage ». located on a white sand beach. The chef is Maryan Gandon who previously practiced his craft in the kitchens of the Hermitage Hotel in La Baule and the Royal Barriere in Deauville.

For his kitchen, Maryan Gandon is using "from here" products treated with respect for tradition and finished with a touch of creativity to surprise, which facilitates social and trade.
